Red & Green Smoothie

This Red & Green Smoothie is refreshing, delicious and healthy. A great way to have a good serve of fruit and vegetables right in the morning!
It takes only a few minutes to get an experience of your senses: a great texture mixed with a tasty flavour (no green taste).
Serve: 2
- 2 cups of frozen mixed berries
- 1 ½ – 2 cups chopped spinach or kale leaves *
- 1 firm ripe avocado flesh
- 1 ½ cups filtered water
- ½ – 1 teaspoon liquid raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
Blend all ingredients except sweetener. Taste and add a little sweetener if you think it needs it.
* You can use your leftovers of kale, spinach, lettuce, rocket…..
