3 TIPS TO ASSESS THE FOOD YOU NEED
1- Don’t jump into any sort of diet change because you are told to or you have read it’s good overall. Listen to yourself and start implementing changes only when it’s the right time for you.
2- Be mindful of your current eating patterns. Pause and observe what you are doing out of habits / out of comfort / out of pleasure / out of obligation / out of need. Write it down.
