My passion is to share the power of Lifestyle Medicine for healthy longevity.
I am a qualified Nutritionist (BHSc), Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher who believe in the potential of wholefood and mindfulness for good health and wellness.
I consult both in English and French all around the world and from my studio in Brisbane.
